With over 40 weddings under my planning belt and 100s of events in my industry career, I’ll use my experience to get you through all the details, logistics, and curate an event that feels like you! Whether you just need a little guidance or a full planning takeover, we’ve got a package to meet your planning needs. My goal is to think about the details, to dos, & logistics, so you can stay focused on the joy of your engagement & wedding day. If you’ve stayed on top of every detail, handled the big vendor decisions yourself, this package lets you hand over the reins 45 days before the wedding. While we’ll confirm essential details with your vendors like service & arrival times - the final vendor meetings, questionnaires, and invoice adjustments would be up to you to finalize with them. We’re here to make sure your well-prepared plans run smoothly so you can sit back & enjoy your wedding day!

Review of all vendor invoices & contracts
3 planning meetings (including a venue walkthrough)
Communication with all vendors to confirm services, setup needs, & arrival times
Creation of a detailed vendor timeline with everything from getting ready to send-off plus all of your vendor information
Creation of a detailed ceremony document covering processional & recessional order, song choices, & any other ceremony details
Creation of floor plan
Wedding Weekend:
1 hour ceremony rehearsal management
Lead Coordinator for 10 hrs on wedding day *additional time may be added

Oversee and direct vendors throughout the wedding day

Whether it’s tying up loose ends on a decor plan, managing final vendor meetings, or helping make last-minute decisions, this extended timeframe lets us dive deeper into your plans, pinpoint any logistics gaps, & fine-tune each detail. We’ll start coordinating with vendors early on, alleviating extra stress to ensure your final planning stage is enjoyable & your day is flawlessly executed!

Starting 6 months out, we don’t just help with logistics—we take the time to get to know you, your priorities, and the story behind your decisions. Through budget creation, design refinement, and monthly check-ins with tailored to-do lists, we guide you step by step. Then, 90 days before your wedding, we take the reins of all your vendors to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly, using our understanding of why each decision was made to ensure your day feels personal and stress-free!

You’re part of the process, but in a way that lets you focus on the fun parts while we handle the logistics, organization, and behind-the-scenes work, giving you the freedom to truly enjoy this special season of your life.
